Our Story
After a combined 30 years of experience in the Vice President and Chief Marketing roles for multi-unit franchisees and growing private equity funded companies, we’ve seen first hand how promotions concocted in a boardroom did not translate to a live sales environment. Business owners are constantly being pulled in a hundred directions and do not have the bandwidth to execute each and every initiative. We’ve seen the way franchise owners and entrepreneurs wear a multitude of hats in HR, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Accounting. We saw a need to help business owners identify the levers that would drastically impact the business and SALES.
Two Sparks Digital was born. Simpson + Parker = Two Sparks.
After fifteen years of friendship Megan and Kelly now offer an unparalleled resource for businesses. The combined thirty years of identifying the frustrations of working with agencies taught Megan and Kelly that there is a way to do great work for great people.

Megan Simpson
Owner
Megan Simpson has been working in Marketing since she graduated from Villanova University in 2006. Right out of college Megan dove into the running industry as a technical representative for Brooks Sports.
Megan consulted with the retail marketing managers for over one hundred Fleet Feet locations across the United States. Each market is unique and she educated the team members on the importance of social media, listing management, SEO, and email. After seven years at the corporate office of Fleet Feet Sports, Megan became the VP of Marketing at O2 Fitness clubs. Megan managed the marketing department for 26 gym locations and advised the private equity businesses attached to the parent company. Megan enjoys asking questions, digging into the numbers, and identifying key metrics that will help a business grow. Marketing is a huge pile of spaghetti with each noodle representing a different opportunity an owner can invest in. Megan approaches Marketing from a “Sales First” mentality.
Kelly Parker
Owner
Kelly started her career in 2003 when she left Duke University to pursue professional tennis. After reaching the world stage and playing the WTA Majors, Kelly dove into her next career in Marketing. She started her own business in 2007 focusing on digital ad strategy, pay per click marketing and Facebook strategy.
Kelly became the VP of Marketing at Fitness Holdings Northeast, a Crunch Fitness franchisee with 45 clubs and managed all aspects of the the marketing. She has worked with franchisees in both retail and subscription based businesses for the past 15 years. Kelly loves diving into the numbers to maximize opportunities and reduce cost waste.
